Winter Update from Sanderson estate agents
Winter really feels like it's arrived and North Wales mountain peaks have been dusted with snow but the last few weeks have been busy for us, especially given the recent weather and economic doom and gloom broadcast on the TV, radio and in the newspapers. I have given up listening to Radio 4 news! On the contrary to running scared though, there is a distinct feeling of reassurance among homebuyers that property is a relatively safe haven for their cash and that they get much more tangiable benefits than saving money elsewhere.
Selling my property
Every town usually has a few estate agents working in different styles, from the big “corporate” agencies driven by performance targets and figures, to the one-man band; from arty-contemporary to pushy-salesy. Each type tends to appeal to a specific sector of the property-owning community, Rightly so – buyers and sellers alike deserve a choice and need to be comfortable working with an agent that reflects their own values.
We just hope we fit in with yours one way or another!

Let's hope that some people's fears about a change in passing trade don't adversely effect the town to much.

Office gossip
Every December we all look forward to a bit of Christmas time adventure together - we've been to Nice, Barcelona and Venice, but we were dissappointed we didn't make Faro last year due to an air traffic controllers strike so this year we thought we'd play it safe and go to London.
