September has been just as good as expected. Many sellers think that once tourism in our area quietens off and the school summer holidays finish the housing market also goes quiet but nothing can be further from the truth!
Many buyers are now aiming to be moved before Christmas and this provides a great incentive to get things pushed along for everyone.
From a buyers point of view they should be taking advantage of the choice available before the best deals get snapped up as there is less property expected to be coming on to the market over the winter period.
