Simon from our Barmouth office has been competing in the Winter league at the Royal St Davids Harlech Golf Club with local golfing partner Vince Barnard also from Llanfair. It's been an exciting competition and they are getting on well...

Andy took part in the Pwllheli triathlon at the begining of the April. This was the 3rd time the race has taken place and each time the weather has been lovely and warm! The course was a 400 metre swim, 12 mile cycle and finished with a 3 mile run. There were 152 finishers and Andy came in 76th overall and 7th in his age group with a time of 1 hour 23 minutes 26 seconds.

Every December we all look forward to a bit of Christmas time adventure together - we've been to Nice, Barcelona and Venice, but we were dissappointed we didn't make Faro last year due to an air traffic controllers strike so this year we thought we'd play it safe and go to London.

Alison celebrated her 50th (yes 50th!) birthday by having a 5 week holiday in Australia with school friend Sarah. Alison travelled independantly and organised the trip herself covering thousands of miles and spending tens of hours on Greyhound buses! Staying at coastal locations the tour around Western Australia started at Perth up the coast to Monkey Mia and Coral Bay then inland to Kununurra and finished of with a week near Airlie Beach in Queensland.
Andy Joanne & Simon are all particularly glad that Alison is back in the office and their work load has now reduced back to normal!

Well, we spend all our time looking at your homes, so we thought it was about time we started showing you some of ours! Our Cribs is a short series about us and our own homes at Sanderson estate agents. Living and breathing property all day, you'd think we would have had enough of houses by the time we went home but even in our time off, nearly everyone at Sandersons is up to some sort of DIY, home improvement project or buy to let scheme. The big news in this months "Cribs" is that after 19 years of living in Llanbedr and the last few years with "itchy feet" Andy and Alison Sanderson have finally moved house at last!
